I Have Learnt This Past Two Weeks..
In Summary, in the last two weeks I have:
Stopped Drinking Diet Coke (it’s the odd glass every few days, rather than 2 litres a day).
Performed a strip tease to at least 1000 viewers for the Fatastic5.
Started drinking lots of Water and really developing a thirst for it.

Should I Count Calories?
I am worried that I am eating too much.
I am not having regular weigh ins.. but when I do, I have noticed the Scale is not moving down at any kind of pace… It is slow… painfully so. My clothes however are undoubtedly looser and I am becoming more toned.

I Start Cooking All My Meals The Same Way *...

Lunch: I start cooking all of my meals the same way! I realised this today.

Today, I had to exercise in the morning or not at all due to a lunch date with my friend Maia. I usually wake up slowly and stumble downstairs around 11.30am. I then eat my breakfast and watch youtube videos for 1-2 hours, not leaving the couch - other than to make myself another cup of tea - and gradually start doing things around 2pm. My jog usually takes place anywhere between 2pm and 5pm....
